Eating in Trastevere is a bilingual, Italian-English guide written by journalist Paolo Brogi that depicts the cuisine and tradition of eating out in this ancient Roman neighbourhood using 20 recipes. We managed its editorial design, created the layout for the book and came up with the idea for the photo on the cover. The lettering in the title was actually made by placing flour on a table and no photo-editing software was used.
